CARE Ratings reaffirmed its CARE AA+; Stable rating for Long Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs 300, reaffirmed CARE A1+ for Commercial Paper (Carved out) of Rs 50, assigned CARE A1+ for Commercial Paper of Rs 100, and revised its Bank Long Term Debt rating from CARE AA-; Positive to CARE AA-; Stable, while also reaffirming CARE A1+ for Commercial Paper; CareEdge Ratings reaffirmed its CARE A A+; Stable rating for Bank facilities and assigned CARE A1+ for both a carved out Commercial paper issue and a proposed Commercial paper (Standalone) issue. The company maintains a strong financial risk profile, bolstered by a net worth position of Rs 2,602.90 crore as of March 31, 2026, alongside a consolidated gross debt of Rs 312.40 crore, including a term loan of Rs 194 crore and leases of ~Rs 93.70 crore, and benefits from free liquidity of ~Rs 314 crore as of March 31, 2026, with planned capital expenditure of ~Rs 400-450 crore and debt repayment obligations of Rs 30–35 crore in FY27 and FY28.
